How it works

- Your order is delivered and the returns window closes.
- The credit lands in your account, ready to spend on anything in the store.
Why the amounts vary
We credit back 30% of the net profit on each item, so the reward tracks what we actually make rather than a flat percentage of what you spend. A keenly priced power bank and a high-margin accessory return different amounts — we show you the figure up front either way.
Using your credit
Credit is redeemable in-store against any product, can be combined across orders, and does not expire while your account is open. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
