You can return anything within 30 days of delivery. That is longer than the statutory 14 days, because a fortnight is not long enough to know whether a chair or a mesh system suits you.
How to return something
- Contact us with your order number and tell us what you are sending back.
- We will issue return instructions and, for faulty goods, a prepaid label.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five working days of the item arriving with us.
Condition
Open the box, use the product, decide it is not for you — that is fine. We ask that it comes back complete and undamaged.
Reward credit
Credit earned on a returned item is deducted when the refund is processed. Credit you have already spent is not clawed back.
